Appointment Cancellation / No Show Policy  

Tails Gone Wild is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice or fails to keep their appointment, they prevent another client from taking that time. Due to this taking place way too often, we are implementing the following policy effective immediately. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hrs or are a no show, you will be charged a $40.00 fee for the missed appointment. This fee is to be paid before the next appointment.

 

This policy will apply to all clients existing and new.
